American University law school’s new Tenley Campus building supports a student population of 2,000 and a faculty and staff of 500, with fifty percent more space than its former location and 312,000 square feet of facilities, including a 223-seat dining hall and 60-seat Atrium Café, a 5,400 square-foot outdoor courtyard, and parking for 400 vehicles. The building offers 37,000 square feet of teaching space, including a 500-seat conference center in Claudio Grossman Hall, the 847-seat, 2 ½ floor Pence Law Library, and five courtrooms, the largest being a state-of-the-art, 60-seat chamber for classroom, appellate, and mock court activities.
