Uline Arena is located in the NoMa neighborhood in DC. The project includes the renovation of 263,000 sf of the Arena and Icehouse structures, both of which are listed as historic by the National Register. In 1953, President Eisenhower hosted one of his two inaugural balls here, and in 1956 boxing champion Joe Louis made his professional wrestling debut at the arena. Also, in 1964, The Beatles played their first concert in the United States here.
